OUR MISSION

ALLEN ESQ is dedicated to representing all children throughout California with special needs to obtain a free and appropriate education.

We represent families in IEPs, mediation, and due process hearings. We offer a sliding scale fee arrangement so money is never a barrier to representation.

Since 2009, Mr. Allen successfully represented over 200 clients. Through settlements and hearings, he secured eligibility, placemment in non-public schools, reimbursement, assessments, 1:1 aides, 1:1 tutors and a variety of other services for his clients.

Our History

My passion for education started at the dining room table, reading with my mother. As a lifelong
teacher, she taught me to love school. I shared this gift of love of school with my two daughters. When
my mother passed away in 2009, I decided to focus my career on helping children pursue dignified and
appropriate education. Over 200 cases later, my passion for helping families burns brighter. School
districts often fail to inform families that they have a right to an attorney.
